From our modern 35,000 sq. ft. facility in Coventry, we can provide a full range of cutting, welding, sewing and trimming services, and we have the flexibility and skills to handle a wide range of volumes and design complexities.
The development and prototype department works with our clients to provide the most cost effective solutions and then liaises with our production team to optimise the manufacturing processes.
Modern production planning and quality systems are linked to computer aided material preparation, and our modern CNC cutting machines provide consistent output and minimum wastage even with the most complex shapes.
Our state of the art welding facilities are suitable for most types of vinyl for waterproof joints or inserting glass heated screens in modern convertible hoods.
